As part of the new construction of this modern learning facility, ACCI was selected as the low voltage contractor responsible for delivering a complete suite of integrated systems including Structured Cabling, Fiber infrastructure, Security, and Audiovisual systems—to meet the Academy’s advanced technological and communication needs.
Located in Houston’s vibrant Museum District, this new 33-story residential high-rise is designed to foster community through expansive shared amenities and thoughtfully designed private living spaces. The 738,451-square-foot tower features 433 parking spaces across levels 2 through 11, amenities on floors 12 through 14, and residential units occupying floors 15 through 33.
Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS) is a global biopharmaceutical leader focused on innovative science and patient-centered solutions. For their expansion into the Tampa Bay area, BMS acquired the 9th and 10th floors of the Meridian 3 Building, creating over 44,000 square feet of advanced office and laboratory space.
